Style expert Tim Gunn will be at International Plaza to share his expertise as he hosts a Fall 2011 fashion show launching the latest collections from Juicy Couture, Kate Spade New York and Lucky Brand.

Mr. Gunn will speak to guests about the importance of style, proportion and fit while showing how the pieces on the runway are perfect additions to her already existing wardrobe.

Salon offers back-to-school discounts

Barbara Forgione Salon in South Tampa wants students to head back to school in style! The salon is offering half off haircuts for students heading back to school on select Saturdays.

Haircuts typically cost $45 to $50 dollars but students with school ID's can have stylish cuts for half that... $20.

Space is limited.

Q&A: Local Fashion Photographer Maximilian Rivera

Hello there fashionistas and facianados! For my first blog post I wanted to showcase some local talent we have here in the Bay area. I chose to interview Max whom I have worked with several times. So keep reading below to get to know him:

So tell me a little about yourself.

Well first off my name is Maximilian Rivera everyone calls me Max for short. Born and raised in the Bronx,NY I moved to Orlando then Ocala. At age 17 I joined the Air Force (my mom had to sign the papers) and completed my 4 year tour. My job training consist of customer service jobs which was very eye opening and changed who I was. I'm currently 23 and working on my photography degree.

Wow! The Air Force at 17? That is very noble of you! What made you join?
