Code Enforcement Board hears appeals

Tampa, Florida --The Hillsborough County Code Enforcement Board will meet Friday, Oct. 14 at 9 a.m. in the 2nd Floor Boardroom of County Center, 601 E. Kennedy Blvd. in downtown Tampa.

The Board is authorized to hear violations concerning all codes and ordinances of Hillsborough County in order to maintain health and safety standards.

Any person who decides to appeal the decision of the Code Enforcement Board with respects to any matter considered at this meeting will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purposes, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based. An appeal must be filed within thirty (30) days after the execution of the Code Enforcement Board's Order.
