YMCA offers infant swim classes | News
Hillsborough County, Florida-- Hillsborough County leads the country in accidental drowning for kids under the age of four.
The South Tampa YMCA off Gandy Boulevard offers ISR's Self Rescue swim classes.
These classes teach kids from six months to six-years-old how to swim.
The survival swimming program is a four - six week course, scheduled five days a week, Monday through Friday.
Each class lasts roughly 10 minutes a day.
The ISR classes are taught by certified instructors in a safe environment tailored to each child.
