Hillsborough County announces grants for Neighborhoods available | News
Tampa, Florida -- Hillsborough County is offering neighborhood mini-grants through the Office of Neighborhood Relations at the County Center in downtown Tampa.
The Board of County Commissioners established the grant program in 1988 to improve and revitalize communities and strengthen neighborhood associations.
The applications will be reviewed by a committee and one grant will be awarded per neighborhood association.
The deadline for grant applications Friday, August 17 at 5 p.m. Applications for the mini-grants are available on the County's website at www.hillsboroughcounty.org/onr/minigrant.
Completed applications may be dropped off or mailed to Office of Neighborhood Relations, 601 E. Kennedy Blvd., 1st Floor, Tampa, FL 33602, or faxed to 813-276-2621.
