County looking for Citizen Advisory volunteers | Business

Tampa, Florida -- The County Commission is looking for registered voters who want to serve on one of the several Citizen Advisory Boards and Councils.

The jobs are voluntary and there is no paid compensation, and many of the positions require a background check. 

The deadline for applying is September 13, and the appointments will be made in October.

Applications are available in the Commissioner's second floor reception area of the county building as well as online a www.hillsbroughcounty.org. The Hillsborough County Center is located at 601 E. Kennedy Boulevard in downtown Tampa.
