Castor hosts Jobs and Community Resource Fair March 3

Tampa, Fla. -- U.S. Representative Kathy Castor has released the list of employers who will be present to meet directly with job-seekers at her 2012 Jobs and Community Resource Fair. 

The Job Fair will be this Saturday, March 3, from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. at the Workforce Tampa Career Center (formerly Floriland Mall), located at 9215 N. Florida Ave.

"We got the skirts," Ginny Daniel says.

Beach advisory issued for Picnic Island

Tampa, Fla. -- The Hillsborough County Health Department has issued a health advisory for Picnic Island Beach due to high levels of enterococci bacteria.

The county health department says swimmers should be advised this is considered a potential health risk.

The beach will be re-sampled on Monday, March 5.
