Tampa, Florida -- Does the thought of changing a diaper, holding a delicate baby or even feeding her, make you break out in a sweat?

Have no fear dads! This FREE class just for dads will turn you into a baby pro!

The Father's Resource and Networking Center will be offering FREE Boot Camp for New Dads.

Tampa, Fla.  -- The Patel Conservatory Youth Theater in Conjunction with the David A. Straz, Jr. Center for the Performing Arts is presenting the Bear Went over the Mountain. 

The performance is at 7 p.m. this Friday and Saturday, March 9-10 at the TECO theaters at the David A. Straz, Jr. Center for the Performing Arts in Downtown Tampa.

The Straz describes the show as an opportunity to "see what Da Bear and his animal buddies discover as they journey up the mountain in search of adventure!"

Tampa, Florida -- On Fridays, some employees of the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office are running on a tight schedule.

"You have to keep kind of moving kind of fast," says Capt. Traci Cunningham.

But their operation is all off-duty.

They're organizing food, figuring our their routes, and rushing hot dishes to people who need them and may not have food otherwise.

A group of more than 50 detention department employees spends part of their day off as a volunteer with Meals on Wheels, mostly helping senior citizens and people who are homebound.
